Efficient and professional check-in/check-out. Neat and attentive service. Fantastic room and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Kamal Chettri and Niran Barman. Special surprise for wedding anniversary. Nice breakfast.

The hotel offered us a comfortable stay during Christmas. The rooms were well maintained with good facilities. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast served each morning was enjoyable. The hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the nearby area.
The Wi-Fi connection wasn't very strong, and we found it frustrating to connect at times. the TV reception was poor and we had to request several changes of the box to get any reception.

The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating, they made sure to fulfill all my needs. the rooms were tidy and equipped with excellent amenities like a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. the location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and the airport.
Sadly, the Wi-Fi was not of high quality and the signal kept dropping. the breakfast wasn't as varied as expected, with only a few options available.
